SHIPPING POLICY

We collaborate with the world’s leading courier companies to ensure our customers receive their deliveries on time. Please read the following to ensure you receive your package promptly.

Shipping Fees | We provide free shipping for orders over $300 in most regions, while fees apply for orders under $300. Actual shipping charges may vary based on location and weight. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, and the final shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page.

Delivery Time | Once you submit your order and the payment is successful, we will typically arrange delivery within 48 hours. After shipping, we will provide the courier tracking number on our website. You should receive the tracking number within approximately 72 hours, allowing you to track your shipment.

Customer Authentication Policy | We are committed to detecting and preventing fraud, misappropriations, and other irregularities to protect our customers. If our system detects a suspicious transaction, we will request additional information for verification purposes before processing any multiple orders placed by a customer.

Lost Package and Responsibility | The recipient is accountable for any losses if the postal address is incorrect, leading to the parcel being unrecoverable after delivery. We take responsibility for losses incurred due to the courier company during transit.

 Additional import taxes | Customs fees for items are determined by local governments, and regulations differ from one country to another. Regrettably, we cannot cover import taxes as they are variable and levied by the local government upon the item’s arrival, thus the importer is responsible for these charges. For South America, due to local regulations, we include specific tariffs directly in the price.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? | Our delivery process begins once an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period for processing and dispatching on business days. Please be aware that this may take longer during promotional sales. Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing delivery details and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available.
